WYOM Campus – Terms of Use

Welcome to WYOM Campus and FD (FitDrop). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or meet the minimum digital consent age applicable in your region.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WYOM Campus complies with your local laws and institutional rules.

2. User Identity & Authenticity

Users may choose a real name or alias during onboarding.

You agree not to impersonate another individual, organization, public figure, or institution.

Verification photos and future uploads may be reviewed using automated systems to help reduce impersonation, fake accounts, spam, or unauthorized image usage.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By uploading content to WYOM Campus, you grant WYOM a non-exclusive right to host, display, process, moderate, compress, and distribute the content within the platform experience.

You confirm that:

• The content belongs to you, or you have permission to use it.
• The content does not violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
• The content is not misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.

4. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• Impersonation or misleading identity usage
• Spam or fake engagement manipulation
• Illegal content or activities
• Violence or graphic abuse
• Unauthorized reposting of another person’s photos
• Attempts to bypass moderation systems

5. Moderation

WYOM Campus may use manual and automated moderation systems to review uploaded content for safety, authenticity, quality, spam prevention, and platform integrity.

WYOM reserves the right to:

• Remove or restrict content
• Limit visibility or rankings
• Reject uploads
• Suspend or permanently block accounts

These actions may occur without prior notice if platform abuse or violations are detected.

6. Rankings, Votes & Visibility

Votes, rankings, visibility, and trend placement are dynamic and may be influenced by moderation systems, authenticity checks, engagement quality, and platform activity.

WYOM does not guarantee visibility, reach, ranking position, or promotional exposure.

7. Privacy

WYOM Campus is designed to reduce unnecessary public exposure.

Phone numbers, private contact details, and direct messaging are not publicly displayed as part of the FD experience.

8. Platform Availability

WYOM Campus may evolve, pause, restrict, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

WYOM Campus is provided on an “as available” basis.

WYOM and its operators are not responsible for:

• User-generated content
• Third-party actions
• Loss of rankings, visibility, or engagement
• Technical interruptions
• Unauthorized misuse by users

10. Account Removal

Users may request deletion of their account or content by contacting the platform through official support channels.

WYOM reserves the right to retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, moderation, safety, or legal compliance.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
